Do I need a developer to install it?

No. Upload the widget, paste your access keys and it works. One-click setup, zero maintenance.

Where do the properties come from?

Connect any XML/CRM feed (ReSales, Inmobalia, REDsp, InmoLink) or use the included REST API and demo data.

Can I use it on any website?

Yes — the widget is framework agnostic and works on any PHP 8 + MySQL host, with or without a CMS.

Is it mobile responsive?

All six search templates, the listing views and the property page are fully responsive.

How does the AI search work?

Visitors type what they want in natural language; the interpreter extracts beds, price, type, location and features and maps them to precise filters.

Can I change the currency and language?

Yes. English and Spanish ship out of the box, and the currency switcher converts prices live using configurable rates.

Documentation

1. Requirements. PHP 8.0+ with PDO MySQL, MySQL 5.7+ / MariaDB 10.4+, Apache or Nginx.
2. Install. Copy the folder to your webroot, create a database, import install/schema.sql and edit config.php.
3. Demo data. Run php tools/seed.php to load 7,342 demo properties, photos and analytics history.
4. Admin. Open /admin/ (default admin / admin123) for the dashboard, analytics, properties, inquiries and settings.
5. Search templates. Append ?template=01…06 to the listing page or pick the default in Settings.
6. REST API. JSON endpoints live under /api/ — search.php, ai-search.php, wishlist.php, compare.php, mortgage.php, inquire.php, share.php.
7. PDF brochures. pdf-property.php?id=… and pdf-wishlist.php generate branded brochures on the fly.
